FALKE Möbel manufactures furniture on a pre-paid order basis. That is, only those models ordered and pre-paid by the customer are manufactured in the specified quantity. This is why ready-made furniture is stored only until a specific lot is completed. Then it is immediately shipped to the customer.
A stronger position on the Russian furniture market and a steady rise in demand for its products have made FALKE Möbel abandon its retail policy altogether. All sales are carried out through large wholesalers. One of them supplies local demand within the Kaliningrad region, while all the others target the rest of Russia.
The whole range of FALKE Möbel furniture can be seen only in one place – in the factory exhibition room which was opened in 2003.
FALKE Möbel furniture is supplied to markets elsewhere in Russia by wholesale companies.
FALKE Möbel did not create its own network of dealers. There are partner companies with which FALKE Möbel entered into long-term agreements, and they collect orders from small furniture dealers into one large package.
The company sells its furniture both by the set and by the piece – a single sofa, an armchair or a stool. A set can be made up of any combination of furniture articles. For example, a famous Russian actress once ordered a set of
Erato furniture composed of a sofa and six armchairs.
